Course Description
The Barista Training Program incorporates both classroom and on-the-job training. Classroom training introduces each participant to the business of specialty coffee. It aims to equip the baristas with the proper knowledge and skill in operating espresso bar.
The second phase, on-the-job training, allows the participant to immerse himself in the actual activities, routines and responsibilities in the operations of Espresso Bar. All participants are assisted by trained baristas.
